Powercolor 280X TurboDuo is 85c, it is safe?

So i just purchase new Card Powercolor 280X TurboDuo,
When Set Auto the temp around 85c-90c.
When set to 100% fan speed around 80c.
My Room temp is around 27c-28c

so what safe temperature for 280x?
is it normal for Powercolor 280X TurboDuo?

its normal for them to hit 80 in very demanding games yes and it wont hurt it at all. just be careful going over 85 now the best thing to do is point fan directly at the card fron the side of the case just need to get the air on bothe sides of the card moving around. If that does not help its time to change the thermal paste

That's hot, but still probably within the safe temps. Might want to reapply thermal paste, if you're confident in doing that. You can also adjust the fan speed curve using software utilities in order to keep the temps reasonable.

I can Open my case or adding FAN in the case.

Playing COD BO2 @100% fan speed. 71c
Playing BF4 ULTRA @100% speed, 80c-83c

is it safe temp for 280x?
The main question is, it is normal for Powercolor 280X TurboDuo?

using one of my 290x cards which are notorious for heat this is after 20 minutes of playing at 1440p with the fan pointed at the card so what im saying is give it a try
