I know this is a question that gets asked a lot but I am building my new Gaming PC and was wondering if I kneed a separate CPU cooler. I am getting a i5 4590 and doing no overclocking (I don't think you can overlock this processor anyway) so do I need to invest in a separate cooler such as the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
