Corsair makes good case fans, depending on personal preference they have a "quiet" edition and "high performance" edition.

Noctua are high end and high quality fans. But they make you pay for it and they come in one color only if that bothers you. But I like them they are very quiet and still push a considerable amount of air so they are worth it if you are obsessed with getting your system as quiet as possible.

Mr. WildCard's option costs twice as much as mine while mr. why_wolf's one can be 3-4 times more expensive and fans the colour of projectile vomit... Noctua, while their performance cannot be faulted, makes some of the ugliest fans people have ever seen.
Look, I have BitFenix in my PC:
Some of the best fans I ever had, silent to the point of the hum, they come with both rubber mounts and rubber rings. If you install them properly, the only thing you will hear is a hum only from the air moving through the dust filter!
Now don't make the mistake that other two "participants" did, Price =/= quality!
