Hi Tomshardware!

Since Im moving houses and found my old PC case to be far too large, I invested in a new and much smaller case which I knew could house all my components. I got back home and moved all the components into the newer case, installed them according to the instructions, etc. I plugged my PC in and got greeted with a message on my screen about the BIOS. I told it to reset them automatically and then restart. I then got greeted by the windows 10 error INACESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. I restarted to see what happens and now my PC boots up for a moment, the CPU fan spins for a second or two, then turns off, my PC keeps running for another 6 seconds maybe (though keyboard/mouse dont work) and then it turns itself off, only to restart itself again.
The red CPU LED light is turned on in the front panel and I'm freaking out a bit of what I did and how I could fix it.
Here is a part list:

GIGABYTE H77-D-S3H mobo
Intel i7 processor
ASUS AMD r9 290 graphics card
2 x 8GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM
2 x 2TB Seagate HDD's
1 x 120GB Kingston SSD
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler (turns on and off after ~2 seconds)
Xonar DG Audio Card
TP Link wireless card

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Quick Edit: I took the RAM out and put it back in and now the PC only starts for a split second and then shuts down again.
