Yes. It is powerful enough and good enough quality.

I'd want faster memory. You could use 2400Mhz on that board.

More. It has 40 amperes on the 12V rail.

500 watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 30 amps on the +12 volt rail.

It only needs 30 and that PSU has 40 amps on the 12v + rail.
