I'm using R5E motherboard and GSkill 64Gb Ram kit (single kit). When I use all 64Gb of the RAM I can't change any overclock setting in the BIOS, I can't use XMP profile and can't change the CPU clock also. The system won't post. But when I only use 32Gb of the RAM, everything back to normal. I tested every single ram and they all work individually.

Yes, I have the latest UEFI.

Basically if I change anything in the Extreme Tweaker section of the Bios and save the changes, the system won't post.

How about one module? Hard reset UEFI because it is strange if it can not adjust any bit at all.

I did hard reset UEFI and clear CMOS couple times, I can not adjust at all with all 64Gb of RAM. I tried with only one module of ram and everything back to normal. With 32Gb of ram everything still works fine. It is very strange...

most likely ur ram stick have different timings and u are using the only compatible combo between the two if ur brave u could raise voltage and I may possibly work to get mine from 1600 to 2400 had to raise voltage to 1.57 don't go much higher or cpu damage will result also ur nb clock speed has to be compatible or it could be the latency is too high at 64gb (more ram means longer latency times)
