My ATI 7850 fan only works when I set it to 100% in MSI Afterburner. I've tried without MSI and temp just raises and the fan doesn't start until it reaches ~90ºc (and starts at full speed). With MSI I managed to lower the starting point to 50ºc (I've set the fan to increment speed as temp reaches 50ºc, but it doesn't move until the speed is set to 100%). Any idea why this happens?
Edit: I tried with and without CCC and I get the same result.
