Hi, i am looking for the Best Motherboard For Overclocking AMD FX-8350 Under $100. i play video games and i stream them at the same time. My current computer lags when i play and stream at the same time at 720p 30 fps on certain games. So i am upgrading my computer so that it can handle most games at 720p or 1080p while streaming.

which would you prefer if you had to pick one?

If you don't plan on SLI/CF then I would get the second one because it's cheaper. Both have the same 8+2 VRM setup so OCing will be near identical on both.
