Using wifi hospot in windows 8

I know there is a method in the command prompt, but I am looking for (A working) click and go solution for a friend of mine, who doesn't want to touch the CMD. Any softer that works? Everything I tried fails.

It is 99% a success. The only thing is I tried it and it didn't work, because I still had to enable the hotspot in CMD; however once that is done it will always work and can be turned on and off via the program. Speeds are solid and oddly enough Asus X99 deluxe has better WIFI hosting then my Netgear N900 dual band AC. :p
