Yes it can. The 12V1 rail can draw in 192W of power (12 * 16) and the card, according to the specs, needs 150W https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/GTX750TIOC2GD5/overview/ . Just a note though that this power supply is probably not the highest quality, especially considering you have just postedf a picture and it is Chinese. I would look into a better one to protect your components and save you a lot of money on the electricity bill.

There are other 750Tis that draw in less power, such as the EVGA 750Ti Superclocked.

I'm surprised the 3 volt and 5 volt outputs have the same amperage as the 12 volt rails.
The balance could have been designed to give more to the 12 volt where it's typically needed the most.
That aside, the label makes me think you have a pretty cheap PSU. It may claim to be powerful enough,
but those ratings may also be the point at which the power supply turns to liquid.
I'd feel safer saving the extra bucks for a decent PSU to go with your precious GPU upgrade

Older power supplies had actually more Max watts on the 3.3 and 5V rails than the 12V, but once 12V components became more power hungry it changed. It's probably old and low quality.
