Avexir RMA issue

I sent two sticks of ram to Avexir for RMA and they sent me back one stick. I've contacted them several times but they insist that i only sent them one stick.

Is there anything i can do? I appreciate any help.

The package was insured for $100 but UPS won't pay out unless i can get Avexir to call them. Avexir has refused to call and UPS can not get in contact with them because they do not list a phone number on the website. Does anyone know what i should do on this front?

I sent Avexir this letter:

I once owned 4 sticks of Avexir RAM. I sent you two sticks of DDR3 2400. You only sent one back. I now own two sticks of DDR3 1600 and one stick of DDR3 2400. Attached you will find receipts for all the avexir ram that i've purchased as well as my UPS receipt.

I only ask that you make things right and send me back one more stick of 4GB MPOWER DDR3 2400. If you cant send it for free, i can buy the last piece. Please let me know.

Please take a look at the attached pictures. As you can see, two sticks weigh .2 lb and one stick weighs .1 lb.

As you can see, the package weighed .2lb when i sent it because i sent you two sticks. Please send pictures of the contents which you received.

Those are two other sticks of Avexir RAM that i own along with the same packaging i used and a slip of paper to emulate the weight of the RMA Slip.

I also already told them a few times i am going to contact the BBB.

Might let them know you'll file a complaint with the BBB (for what little that's worth), check the UPS tracking and get the weight then the weight on the return package might help, if sent in same type/size container

While Avexir was still uncooperative, UPS came through in the end with the insurance money thanks to those last few pictures.
