PNY 128gb thumb drive with some issues:

When I plug it in, I can hear the "bing bong" as Windows recognizes it. Even get "installing device" pop up

However:
NOT seen in "My computer"

IS seen in Device manager under "drives" as PNY.

IS seen in Disk Manager as "Disk 1" 0gb, "no media present". Assigned drive letter is okay, can change drive letter, but NO black or blue bar indicating how big the drive is. "Eject" also greyed out.

IS seen in DISKPART as drive 1, but unable to "clean" "clean all", etc. error messages abound "no media" "media too small"

Windows 10 Home 64 Bit. 6GB RAM. HP Pavilion g7 w/AMD.
AMD USB 3.0 drivers installed.

Tried the HP and PNY format utilities. The utilities see the stick, bit get "no media" error.

Tried it in 2 other systems. It's now seen as a drive in Windows explorer, but it's "greyed out" and I get the "please insert disc into drive G" error. The command diskpart commands still have no effect. I think the flash on the drive is borked.
