Computer restarts under certain events (namely things CSGO -related???)

Hey guys,

I know there's been millions of these topics, but I believe mine is slightly different. Sorry if its in the wrong section, i posted in the CPU section because I thought that's what it was, but its not getting much traction.

Recently, my computer has been getting not-so-random restarts when I do certain things. This was never a problem before, and has risen out of nowhere.

The most common time it restarts is when I'm playing CS:GO. The past five times, when I hit the "find a game" button, it immediately shuts down. Before that, it would shut down right as i was choosing teams, right as the round ended, or right as I exited a menu. It seems to only shutdown on certain conditions. It has, however, shut down mid-match with no warning too.

The restart is not lagged or messed up either; its like someone is hitting the restart switch right as something happens, or completely randomly.

Here's the list of fixes I've tried (but haven't worked), divided into three sections;

POWER
-Switched surge protectors and outlet
-Checked PSU voltages (all within .5 range of default output)
-Checked system power usage (240~ watt, power supply gives 550)
-Switched around cables that go from hardware to power supply
-Checked power supply fan (working perfectly)

HARDWARE
Temperature
-Checked for overheating problems (none at all. Everything stays in the 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit range)
-Just in case, installed a new CPU cooler and replaced thermal grease on both the GPU and CPU. Also installed another case fan.
RAM
-Switched ram with spare ones
-Tested ram with windows memory diagnostic (no errors)
GPU
-Opened, cleaned fan, installed new thermal paste.
-Set CSGO to lowest settings.
HARD DRIVE
-Ran 3 hard drive checks.
MOBO
-Updated BIOS and all related software.
-Checked all connections.
-Set main video source to PCI-E

SOFTWARE/OS
-Reinstalled both steam and CSGO
-Installed important windows updates
-Ran multiple anti-virus scans
-Checked firewall to make sure there's no blockage
-Updated ALL device drivers
-Defragmented main drive multiple times
-Turned off "restart on failure", no error screens.
-Reinstalled GPU drivers

None of these worked or have helped in any way. Sorry for the giant read, but I'm completely stumped. I can't find any problems, and I'm pretty clueless as to what it could be at this point. Can anyone help?

Thank you so much in advance, I really appreciate any and all help.
