N3rdR4ge's recommendation is good. You can start building already.

I just wanna add an alternative if you do not plan to OC.
If you do not plan to OC, replace i5 4690k with E3-1231V3 and the mobo with ASUS H97-pro.
This should not effect the price so much.

I would also want to suggest you the nVidia alternative if you do not like AMD. Get KFA2 GTX970 EXOC, if you want to have nVidia GPU.
Both R9 390 and GTX970 are about equal with their own pros and cons.

I would really pump the budget to get an SSD (at least 250GB), this is not a must but highly recommended. Trust me!
my major concerns:
-PSU is a very bad choice. Never heard of this brand. There are a lot of sketchy power supplies out there. Avoid this.
-You should be getting an intel processor for a $1125 gaming build. They perform much better than amd's processors and consume substantially less power.
-You ABSOLUTELY need an after market cooler for that CPU. Especially if you plan to overclock.

This is what your build should look like:

If you can budget it, I highly recommend this particular SSD. It will make a huge difference with the overall speed of your system, but it won't effect gaming.

I recommend what N3rdR4ge proposed. He is right about the CPU and PSU. Don't go with cheap or "no-name" PSU brands. And for CPU intel is superior on both gaming and applications. And he is also right about that you need aftermarket cooler. I had a stock cooler on both i5 and i7 CPUs for months and when I started any game the temperature began to rise too much and the CPU became limited. After I bought the Hyper 212 Evo, everything turned perfect.

Hmm the configuration seems very good, I was wondering if it would be better with dual cpu motherboard to buy 2, weaker cpu's and the same with sli video cards? Also do I really need such a powerful CPU to run witcher on high/ultra graphics?

lypkv6b71

This is 6264 lei is as like 1500 $ dollars. Where can I buy the components cheaper? This is the site! https://www.emag.ro/shopping-cart?ref=del-ckt
