i created a bootable kali linux usb .( Fat 32 ).it was booting in my old laptop but was not booting on my desktop so i reformatted it and made it bootable using universal usb installer ...then i tried booting it on my desktop it was showing a blinking keyboard cursor dash, i plugged it in other laptop it was not working there too..many ppl said using other pendrive would work i tried that too but no luck
