Pre-Build Computer to run Minecraft with shaders mod

Hi i'd be glad for some help. I want a Pre-build or straight from factory pc to run Minecraft with example KUDA shaders mod because i can't build a pc. Any help or suggestions would be awesome. Btw i'm not gonna record or anything like that just playing.
Bugdet : Cheap as possible

If you have Minecraft 1.7.10, 1.7.2 you will have to grab the Minecraft Forge: http://file-minecraft.com/minecraft-forge-api-minecraft/
