New Ram causing problem... 4 beeps

Helli guys! I have a problem...
I bought a 8GB (2x 4GB) kit of ddr3 1600 from G.Skill
I installed them in my motherboard with my old memory's from Samsung (2x 2GB)
I pressed the power button and it beeped 4 times and rebooted...
That only happens when the new memory's are installed because I tryed just the old ones and booted normally...

(just the old ones worked fine, the new ones beeped 4 times and together beeped too...)
What should I do? Please help...

It's somewhat difficult to tell you where the issue is since you didn't provide the kit number and the motherboard make and model. You probably have an older motherboard and you bought a new memory kit that uses ICs that aren't compatible. Did you check on G.Skill's site what kits are compatible with your motherboard?

If it does that with only one module, then return the kit and order one that's compatible with your motherboard.

I already checked Asrock's website and G.Skill website and they say that the memory's and the motherboard are compatible
But I'll go to the store were i bought them and ask for new one's!
