I am currently in the process of buying/building a new computer. I would like some professional opinions on which would be better for what I am using the computer for. I typically use the pc for gaming/videos (entertainment PC). I will be running 2 monitors while streaming on twitch or recording videos for youtube. Here are the 2 comps i have put together. It will be an AMD machine vs an Intel machine. For both machines I will have an 850w power supply for sli/crossfire in the future and Windows 10. Standard 1tb 7200RPM HD.

I use one monitor to game, one monitor for websites/youtube videos/ streaming. Both are 24inch screens...max resolution is 1920x1080 16:9. What I'm trying to do is mainly run Blizzard entertainment games (all of them) at 60fps max settings. I'm not really sure what is the lagger on my current system, or if i just need to start SLI-ing.

And before you say anything about why not just buy another graphics card, I am building a new computer and giving my old one to a relative.

I read somewhere that AMD goes well with Radeon. So....how do i build a system that gets 60fps in a game on max settings? Because my current build will not support 60fps on max settings (GPU is gtx 970). I have to do medium to low for 60fps.

I'm not 100% sure, but it could be
Intel Core i5-4690K.

The only thing I know fore sure, is that I have an Intel i5. So far the only game I can run at true 60fps on max settings is hearthstone. World of Warcraft runs on medium, Diablo 3 runs on medium/low. Heroes of the storm/LOL high but not ultra. Starcraft 2, medium/high. And this is to get 60fps usually, typically when alot of action is going on it hits 30/40. Ah yes...and a single player game...the witcher 3. I run that on medium/low to get 40 - 60 fps.

Turn anti-aliasing and stuff down and set everything else to high/ultra and you'll be fine - there is no need to set it THAT high. Do you stream in the background?

Witcher runs over 60 FPS, Starcraft easily runs on high, and I have a FX chip. A Haswell i5 is definitely capable of more.

This may be an idiot question (id10t error), but when you say turn anti-aliasing down, do you mean in the video settings on my desktop, or the option in the game?

Yea, starcraft runs on high for sure. I'm trying to stream on one monitor, to see the chatroom, and i run games in windowed mode on the other monitor.

However streaming aside, the frame rates i gave were when I don't stream. When I stream, there is a small dip. Not much, but still noticable.

Then I'm doing something wrong. When I get home, I'll list the diablo 3 settings I use to maintain a 60fps (ish...it probably fluctuates from 50-60 depending on what is on the screen) If i put it on max settings it gets very choppy.

Agreed, anything more than x4 MSAA or TXAA is a waste and will adveresly affect the frame rate in a big way. Personally, I don't bother with FXAA as I don't find it very effective.
