Software to split audio channels so my girlfriend can watch netflix and I can play CS:GO

Well the problem I have is simple.
I need some software so that my girl can watch Netflix on the speakers and I can plug my headphones in and play CS/WoW etc.

I can't for the life of me find some software or figure it out for myself.
The only software i have found is for FILES.

Can anyone help me out here?

I have this in my PC on windows..
the option says "make the front and back play 2 different audio streams separately.
