First I had this bsod,

The following was suggested on this site and I thought it fixed.
"Bad memory address used by win32k.sys.
Update bios or reset it to defaults, run memtest to confirm memory is ok (no errors)
Start cmd.exe as an admin
Run Sfc.exe. /scannow *(found errors and fixed them after a reboot)
Run malwarebytes to check for malware infection of win32k driver (found nothing)"
I did everything but update the bios or reset the bios to defaults, 1-I don't know how. 2- I am a little reluctant as I had a friend ruin his mobo with a bios update
Yesterday, again, I got a bsod, some of the info was different.

I should mention, the other two problems that have been present recent to both bsods, -the computer freezes completely until restart, even sometimes when I'm not using it. Also, the time has been messing up. I use a small program, dimension 4, to keep the time right.
