Need help reducing the price of a Budget Gaming PC

I need some help reducing the price of this build I created. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The operating system is sadly required and I plan to use my 39" TV as a monitor so that went be required either. All other parts are interchangeable.

CPU can be overclocked to 8350 speeds with 3 mouse clicks
Much better mb
cheaper but just as good graphics card
power supply that has a high enough wattage rating
Swapped out the hybrid drive . The Hybrid is nice , but the cache is so small all you get is faster booting and not game loading

Can't you purchase Windows 7 or Windows 8 for cheaper and upgrade for free? Great build nonetheless.
