Nvidia and AMD graphic cards together?

I have nvidia 8600 gts 512 mb and amd hd 6450 ddr3 1gb which i recently bought.
Is there a way to use both of the cards at the same time so I can utilise them both to the max?
I have win 10 32 bit, but I can install any system.
