Is this an OEM Windows (was it pre-installed on the computer when you bought it)? Perhaps there's a sticker on the computer's case somewhere (the back or bottom) with the Key for the OS on it. If not, I'd recommend that you get in touch with the computer manufacturer's customer support and ask for assistance. They might be able to help.
