Computer has boot issues with a memory error that coincides with it. What could it be?

I have a PC that is about 2 1/2 years old. If I restart/shutdown my computer and attempt to start it back up without disconnecting the power, and waiting for about an hour, it refuses to boot to the motherboard screen or any further. I have an ASrock Fatal1ty Z87 motherboard and it stalls on the error 4F for about 3 seconds and then loops through a couple errors rapidly and goes back to 4F. This will happen several times until I shut it off or it decides to boot up. The error corresponds with a memory error but does not give a specific. I have ran the Windows memory diagnostics and it does not come up with any issues. I have checked the connections inside of my computer and they seam to be solid connections. My PC specifics are as follows:
-ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Motherboard
-Asus GTX 660 GPU
-I5 Intel CPU
-Vengeance 2x8GB DDR3 memory
-256GB SSD(OS installed)
-1TB HDD
-Rosewill HIVE-750 80+Bronze Power Supply

Please let me know if you have any possible solutions for this problem. Thank you!

Sorry it took so long. I had to get PC to the boot menu which I can only do so often. I have a none K CPU and tried 1600mhz 9-9-9-27 timing at 1.5v. This caused my computer to run through MORE errors more rapidly than the others, but still got hung up on the 4F error. As I was going through the bios the auto was actually set to 1333mhz at 9-10-9-27 timing at 1.5v. Could the 1333mhz be the issue? I can also take a video of the errors going through if that may provide more information.

UPDATE: My motherboard has a backup up bios. I am now using the backup bios and everything loads up correctly. I am trying to restore my bios to it's original and see if it will work again. Will post an update later as to if this is a solution to my problem

2nd UPDATE: As it turns out, my primary bios did become corrupt somehow. Booting up to my back up bios and using the instant flash utility solved the issue
