I have a 500GB, Seagate External Storage System I plug into my laptop that is running windows 10 pro, The Storage System is not in RAW, so It means that My computer is Detecting the Storage system but it is not accessible at all. I am not paying a computer person to fix it for me, Because I know that I can do this myself with Step by Step Instructions. Anyway, Please let me know what is going on so I can access My Info on my External Storage Device.
Please email or just put it in the thread, My email is Letitshineprofessionals2015@outlook.com
Thank you,
Kristina

Welcome to the community, Kristina!

I'd try and help you out with the access to your files but first, I'd recommend you to test the external using the manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool to check up on the health and SMART status of the drive (make sure you run both the short & the long tests).
Another thing you can try is to assign a different drive letter to the external from Disk Management. Here's a tutorial from our knowledge base that can walk you through this process: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=7R67KT

Give it a try and let me know how it goes! Sharing some screenshots from the test results would help a lot as well!
Keep me posted!
