For the last 2 weeks my PC has failed to display anything upon startup. My solution to this was to reset power to the PC (Switch on the power supply), after doing so my PC would start as normal and work fine. Today, it would not display anything at all, even after cold restarts. The system fans and HDD would run as normal, but it restarts automatically after 30-45 seconds (No post?). I completely disassembled and put back together every component but it still will not display. Here are my specs:

Mobo: ASRock Z87 Extreme3 LGA 1150 Intel Z87
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
PSU: CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 970 STRIX
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series
HDD: Western Digital Black WD1002FAEX 1TB

This system is 2 years old, the only component that was changed since it was built was the GPU 2 months ago. I am an experienced builder and this system has worked flawlessly until now. I have read through this and checked every step:

My PSU is outputting the correct voltages during the paper clip test. I have swapped the graphics card for an older one and the system will not display anything. I have tried connecting 2 different monitors with both DVI and HDMI connections directly to my motherboard with no GPU installed. I have breadboxed the system with no change upon startup. Also, I have tried using 2 different case speakers but at no point do I get any beeps, even when running the system with no RAM installed.

The fact that I get no beeps, and that my computer restarts automatically after 30-45 seconds leads me to believe it is not Posting, and thus this is a motherboard/CPU issue. I don't believe the PSU is faulty, as I was gaming last night under high load with no issues what so ever. I have never experienced freezing or crashing or any problems before now, and I have not changed/touched the components in my pc in over a month. Suggestions?

Update:

I swapped out every single component EXCEPT the motherboard and CPU into another working computer. All of the following parts work as normal:

PSU
GPU
RAM
SSD
HDD

I could not swap the CPU into the other motherboard as they are different socket types. So, am I looking at a bad motherboard, or CPU?
