So, I recently decided to purchase more RAM (http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-4x8GB-15000-Desktop/dp/B00D6E5J62 is the relevant product). I had decided to buy a full kit since at the time the price was about $130 and I handed my previous 2x8gb set to my younger brother.

Problem is, after installing this is, I am not showing all of it as available physical memory. Only 16 gb of the installed 32 is showing up as physical memory. I'm also showing the frequency as being far less than should be for this RAM, even after enabling the XMP profile in the BIOS, but that is much less of an issue. The only thing I knew to do in this situation is make sure memory remapping is on and it is. What have I done wrong/forgotten about?

Note: all slots on the SPD tab show identical info.

That photo you displayed clearly says you are running Windows 7 Home, which is limited to a max of 16GB of RAM. The only thing you can do is either upgrade to Window 7 Pro/Ultimate or upgrade to Windows 8.1/10, which supports larger amounts of supported RAM.

Another thing you could possibly do would be to create a 16GB RAM disk so your RAM does not go to waste.
