I've been reading a couple of the other reports that reference this same issue, but I don't understand them. I'm really not computer savvy, so please walk through each step.
I found the Toshiba drivers website: http://support.toshiba.com/support/driversResults?freeText=psay1u-02k026
But I don't know which one to look for. Do I look for Driver, or LAN, or WiFi - I really need wireless internet to work. And how do I know if I need 32 or 64 bit. Lastly, I can't figure out how to save the file to a USB. It doesn't give me the option to save, just download. But I'm on a school computer, and I'm not allowed to download anything to it. Also, I can't find a zipfile to open and move the contents over to the USB storage. Please help soon as I have to fix this by tomorrow to get my homework done.
Lastly, I went to network controller properties and found the Hardware ID. It is: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0083&SUBSYS_13058086
