Does this mobo fits cpu amd phenom II x4? Help plz!

No "AMD Phenom X4 9600" is as high as it will go because your BIOS stops at 1.5. You need 1.7 for the AM3 chips and that is only on the ALiveNF6G-GLAN which is the next teir for this board and really not that much different.
