Dear All, I am planning to buy wifi router for home use, Can you please recommend me best possible router..But it should meet following requirement... 1) Should have range to cover 10000 sqfeet 2)what is modem & without modem router...i have broadband connection which directly connect to the port which than require username password, so what type router shd i buy? 3)150mbps or 300mbps 4) please give me some suggestion and ideal price to buy...

if your home is pre wired for ethernet it help as you can use two wifi routers in ap mode to cover your home of that sizes. if your home is not wired see if you can run one or two outlets to a switch to place two wifi routers on each side of the home. if not your going to have to look at high powered non retail units. like power line or ap devices that look like small smoke detectors to cover that range.

There really isn't any one router you can use to cover a large, 10,000 Sq Ft home. That requires a designed system of Ethernet distribution and multiple access points. The design and instillation is workable for a moderately skilled non-professional. The actual design is depended on the real needs of users and the on-site conditions.
