Dota 2 Lag problem

I have a 2mbps internet here in Ph. Before I have a ping ranging from 50-80. But now it ranges from 200-300. Could I possibly have a 3rd party app running? Or downloading something i dont know? How will I check. BTW dota 2 doesnt need a fast internet. And i am sure my connection is stable

Try delete temp files/get CCleaner and get an antivirus . It could be malware problem . Im just an ordinary dota 2 player and my internet speed stable around 100-150kbps and i never get lag in dota 2 :)

I am not downloading anything or uploading anything. My torrent is already closed. All application closed, already run my antivirus. :(
