Weird motherboard problem

Im facing weird problem from past few days .

I turn on my pc > stucks at motherboard scree > restart once > goes on normally .

I noticed
1 .whenever it stucks at motherboard screen HDD light stopped blinking and after one restart everything goes fine .
2. I can hear ram beep
3. I have tried pressing f12 / del / f9 etc
It just stucked on mobo screen and i must restart once to on my pc.

Specs below -
Mobo- Gigabyte b85m-d3h
CPU - i5 4690
GPU - xfx r9 270x
Hdd - WD 1tb
Ram - corsair vengeance 8x1gigs
PSU - corsair vs 550
Case - Corsair carbide 500r

Please help me out of this . Its annoying :/

but random but this worked for me once:

turn off the PSU at the back. now hold down the front power button for 5 seconds, do this 3 times. Leave it for 30 seconds. Turn on at the back. Power up using the front button. Let me know if it works.

Mate sorry i forgot to mention . My mobo dont get stuck every time . Out of 10 times it stucks 3-4times or more

Ok - you can go into your BIOS and disable 'Full Screen Logo' it should be somewhere in the startup options.

Then it might give a clue as to what it is sticking on... because the POST results will be on-screen and readable.. it could be something simple..
