This is not a Gaming Build.
What are they showing s just bullshit.
Graphics Card mentioned is a Dedicated GPU on your CPu, you cant a play even DOTA 2 with that GPU.
One thing to say, This is Cheating.
Your Total PC without GPU is AU $749
Then they will ask you to Add a New GPU Card, means more money.
And New GPU means New Good Quality PSU.
