Sub- $100 LGA 1150 Motherboard with the following requirements

Hi,

Long story short, my AsRock H81M-VG4 died a few weeks ago. So I need a replacement motherboard under $100 that can power up my build.

i5 4570
AMD R9 270X
2x4GB DDR3 sticks of RAM
3x Chassis fan with 3-pin connectors

I prefer something with:
3x 3-pin or 4-pin (or both) fan connector for the case fans
PCIe 3.0 x16 for the GPU
Front panel USB 3.0 header (for the case's front panel usb)

Nice to have features:
4x RAM slots
SLI & CF support (doesn't even look possible lol)

So, what are your recommendations? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Sorry, but I forgot to mention that I don't live in the US so those discounted prices etc. won't apply to me. In my country (Indonesia), the GA Z97-HD3 is about $160, Z97-PC Mate $170, and H97 killer isn't available in my country. I would prefer parts from newegg and NCIX only (without rebates) just for the price reference. I'll actually buy them here at http://enterkomputer.com/motherboard.php .
