I have looked many gaming benchmarks of this cpu and gpu combo at 1080p.i haven't seen any bottleneck at 1080p so far but my question is that will I get bottleneck by using this cpu and gpu in gamimg at 720p resolution (beacuse at 720p the graphic processes will be less and the cpu processes will be high anf cpu usage will be high and the gpu usage becomes low that's why please answer it ASAP)

It depends on the game.
For the most part, few games use more than the 2 cores of the G3258.
I assume you would OC at least conservatively to the 4.0 range.

There is always some limiting factor in games, usually cpu or gpu.
I do not like the term "bottleneck"
The cpu tends to be the limiter in strategy, sims, and mmo type games.
The graphics card in fast action games.

My guess is that at even at 720P, your R7-260X will be the limiting factor.

There is always something that keeps a game from running at 1000 fps.
It could be the monitor being limited to a 60 hz refresh rate.
It could be the graphics card which can not render frames at a rate that matches the capability of the monitor.
It could be the cpu which can not generate frames at the rate that the graphics card can deliver.

It could be the particular game design. Some games limit the fps to 60 regardless.
Many games are dependent on the capability of a single master thread. Such games are limited by core speed, not the number of cores.

A game will proceed only at the capability of the most restrictive component.
That most restrictive component is what I call "limiting factor"
