Need Help URGENT! MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4GB vs EVGA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0?

So i have about 7 hours to cancel my current EVGA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0... At first i thought that the EVGA was the better card then someone told me that the MSI is better?? What to do? Cancel EVGA and get MSI or not?

I buy EVGA cards for their warranty. If you were to do a blind test with 2 identical rigs with the only difference being those 2 GPU's, I seriously doubt you could tell which one is the EVGA or the MSI card.

First, how much are you willing to spend? If you are in a budget then go with the cheapest GPU. These two brands are basically the same. EVGA, MSI and Gigabyte are the big threes of GPU brands, but if you really want a detailed answer:

■ EVGA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0:
Core Clock 1165 MHz
Boost Clock 1317 MHz
■ MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4GB:
Core Clock 1140 MHz
Boost Clock 1279 MHz

But you wouldn't really see the difference. Get the brand with the better warranty.
