Will I need a new power supply with ASUS GeForce GTX 750Ti GDDR5 2GB Graphics Card GTX750TI-OC-2GD5?

What would you recommend? I've got Amazon cash so something on there would be nice.

I would start by reading this:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

I would get something around 500 watts, but then it comes down to personal choice. Modular? non-modular? Also are you using amazon usa?

Amazon USA. I have no preference on modular vs. non.

300W PSU is enough however it need to be of good quality.
Read about Tier PSU in previous post
In any case your PSU need to have 6 pin PCI-E power connector since the ASUS card demands one. You can see that in image below

However my recommendation would be to go for following EVGA graphics card instead of ASUS one since it scores higher in clock boost and tops in benchmarks tests in gtx 750ti series
'EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB FTW ACX'

the easiest thing to do would be to get a 750 ti that runs off the power of the pcie slot only

like this one:

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Dual-Link-Graphics-02G-P4-3751-KR/dp/B00IDG3PRI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1442650380&sr=8-1&keywords=750+ti

or if you want to keep that nicer 750 ti then you cant go wrong with this:

http://www.amazon.com/XFX-Wired-Bronze-Power-Supply/dp/B004RJ8EKI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1442650541&sr=8-1&keywords=xfx+500w

I'm using an EVGA 500B for a year right now, got the same GPU off amazon and I believe a decent 400w can do good, but safer is better, I would recommend a 500-600w psu if later you are willing to upgrade your gpu in the future. But so far my GTX 750 Ti meets my expectations. Happy buying!

EDIT: Sorry, as for your current 300W PSU, you have to check if it has an PCI-E power cable connector, it's a 6+2 pin cable connector, the photo posted above can help. But as the other said there's a smaller version of the GTX 750 Ti that does not need extra power from a 6pin pcie cable.
