Looking for a PSU around $70 USD. Any suggestions?

Sorry, but most Corsair power supplies are not even good enough to put into a gaming system. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being best, Corsair CX, CXM and VS series power supplies are ranked at 4 on the Power Supply List here on Toms.

Even the Thermaltake unit is pretty bad. Avoid it too. On the power supply list, they are unrated, but they are not good units.

Seasonic on the other hand makes amazing power supplies. In fact, they are so good, it is the only brand I will buy for my own computers.
