i don't mind water or air cooling, i'll have enough space for either or and i was planning on overclocking my i5 4670k so what would be the best noise and performance cooler. Thanks.

Solution
Unless expecting a massive OC the EVO is fine, (I'd say up to about 4.6), the Noctua and the Kracken would be better for higher and maybe a couple/three degrees cooler at 4.6 or so, a lot depends on the individual CPU and the voltage needed at a particular OC

Air Coolers guide is here

The Noctua NH-D14 gets the best on there but if you go into its review you'll see the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo gives it a good run and it's significantly cheaper and lighter (212x is the latest version)

Liquid Cooling I haven't looked into - but here's the equivalent Guide
