I am currently using a Dell Inspiron, 3847. But soon I have enough money to finally build a gaming PC, however this is my first build so could I get advice for what to use when mounting and give me your opinion when you builded your first rig and how it went how long it took etc.. and that my current component list is compatible in addition give suggestions if it's possible to take the price down my current budget is 2100USD.

I am going to use this PC most for anime and gaming. Games like GTA V ultra settings and other games that is soon to come out, I also use two monitors Do you think this build will handle it and last for at least four years or more,? Also if you need more information please let me know.

This is about how long it took me to build mine too. And I agree that building a PC is really easy and well worth the money you save by doing it.

As for your build list, I think you could get a lot more performance out of that money (total is about $1600 on that one):

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler:...
Building your own computer is easy. Building it takes 2-3 hours, and installing windows takes about 30mins to 45mins, and after that downloading and installing drivers takes another 30-45 mins. After all that, have it download windows updates at night, it may take a 2-4 passes to get them all.

Protip for installing drivers safely, install them one at a time and restart the computer after each install to avoid breaking the OS, which can happen if you try to install them all at once.

I swapped the i7 4790k for a new skylake i5 6600k because an i5 has almost identical performance to an i7 in games, in fact the performance boost from the new skylake CPUs probably outperforms a i7 4790k in some. Swapped 16gb RAM for 8gb RAM because 8gb is more than enough for games. In my opinion WD black drives aren't worth the money over a cheaper seagate drive. WD blacks are slightly faster but almost 2x as much $$$. And for the most important component for gaming... the GPU I could fit in the same budget as your original build is a GTX 980 ti which is the fastest single GPU card in the world (Titan X might be slightly faster in some cases but is $1500). Don't bother spending your entire $2100 budget, because diminishing returns starts to kick in really fast as you get more expensive.

Amazing list of components. But do you really think a 650W PSU will be enough for 970/980 graphic card. Also most of thesethese components I can'tfrom Norway and this is my currently list. Do you have other suggestions for better cooling and quiter rig?

Thank you so much for your help! :D

Ah norway... And yes a quality 650 watt PSU will be plenty for any single GPU system. A XFX TS 650 or EVGA Supernova 650 G2 are very high quality and are on the cheaper end ($70 here in the the US, not sure about norway).

You have one compatibility issue with your list though:
You need a CPU cooler because the 6600k doesn't come with one. My suggestion would be http://www.cryorig.com/h7.php because it will allow for a nice OC (should you decide to OC) and will be pretty quiet, competes well with some lower end watercoolers and $60+ air coolers.

Also I wouldn't spend that much to buy a MSI Z170 Gaming M7 mobo. The ASRock Z170 Pro4 or Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 (if you want to add another GTX 970 in SLI in the future) are great budget choices. You might need to do some research on a good Z170 mobo in norway because of price differences.

I won't be able to buy CRYORIG H7 here in Norway and it will be expensive to order it outside country. Can I order a Nocuta CPU cooler instead, Norway has many? I need for socket 1151 can you please recommend me some, I would greatly appreciate it. Can you answer my question on the other thread, you seem to know alot about PC and I could need the help or if you don't mind let's be friends on facebook. I am 17 if you wonders :). Anyway please use this thread to answer my question instead of here :D: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2802126/building-gaming-budget-2100usd.html#16648370
