How do you reset cmos in alienware aurora r1 I need To know as that is Apparently the only way I will get my new gpu working

A little research shows:
You can try resetting the BIOS and/or pulling the CMOS battery. It is under the first video card

You should keep the PC unplugged from the power source to be safe, then pull that small round battery from its place (don't force it if it's stuck) and wait a few minutes then re-insert it.
Although I would keep this process as a last resort as this could cause problems occasionally.
