If you can shed $100 go for EVGA SuperNOVA GS 220-GS-0650-V1 80 PLUS GOLD 650 W

Newegg actually has it now for the same price as Amazon, if NCIXUS rebate will work, it is a very good price.

This is one of the smallest PSUs TIER 1, and it is modular, so, if you have extra cables, you don't have to attach them.

Absolutely correct, but NCIXUS has it cheaper by $10 or so before the rebate, if rebate will work, it would be crazy cheap.
