Is the Torq X10 Carbon a great gaming mouse?

I am looking to get a new gaming mouse. I currently use the Sharkoon Fireglider Optical. It is a great gaming mouse except for the annoying rubber thumb pad that makes my thumb sweat. It is also slightly to small as my palm does not fit in it comfortably (and I have slightly small hands). I got a coupon for 50% off specific products from EVGA and the Torq X10 is listed as one I can get for half price (the Carbon is included). I have read many reviews on the Torq X10 and the worse most say about it is the slick sides. So I was wondering if anyone here has used the X10 Carbon and what are their thoughts on it. I was also able to find a Corsair Vengence 95 for about $35 and it looks pretty sweet. So I am torn, the X10 is a pretty sweet gaming mouse also and if I can get the Carbon for only $15 more ($50 total) then is that a good deal?

Thanks in advance!

I take it you have used both?
Well this Sharkoon Fireglider seems short probably only because I use a gel pad for my wrist.... I am thinking it would be a better fit if the back end was a little higher.

No need to test both, X10 comes with A9800 while X5 Optical comes with S3988. If you use a gel pad everything will feel a little bit short because the archs werent meant to be used in comination with wrist rests, claw/fingertip orientated mice make more sense in this case imo, altough ofc you wont be able to rest your palm on those either.
