I recently bought a new stick of 4G RAM to go in along with the factory installed RAM of my laptop. I went to plug it in and my computer doesn't start. Each stick alone will let the computer start, but together is a no-go. How do I fix this?
I have a Dell Inspiron m5040, upgraded from win 7 to win 10, everything else hasn't been changed, and I'm trying to add a PNY 4G stick of a simmilar type of RAM.
