I have 32 inch Samsung LCD in which top half portion is black and bottom half portion is visible please guide

Sounds like the backlight is broken. Try shining a really bright light on it, putting a book between you and the lamp, and seeing if you can see colors changing in the dark area.
If the only thing that's broken is the backlight, it might be cheap enough to repair it, but if it's any thing more than that just buy a new one, it'll be cheaper.
