Low PSU will damage Hard drive or other parts ?

Hello ,i think i have a low PSU on my system
my PC is:
CPU: core 2 quad q8300 2.5Ghz
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 1.5 TB
Graphic Card: GTX 560 Ti Zotac OC
and my PSU: 450W XILENCE

when i play MadMax game ,my GPU overclock till 90 Grade celcius
and on other games goes till 75-80.

First : overclocking isn't measured in degrees (°c or °f), so the temp of the gpu is going to 90°c. When I check the factsheet of your gpu, it may rise to 99°c.
Second : you are mentioning your psu. A psu will not solve temp problems. A psu deliver power. Do you have power issues? The factsheet of your gpu is mentioning a minimum of 500w.
