Let me start off by saying that this is an older pc that has been sitting in the closet for the last 2 years.A friends pc broke down and I was gonna give him this one.Honestly I am not sure what components the PC even has,it is a prebuilt one from 4-6 years ago(it was pretty cheap aswell so i imagine it wasnt very good even for that time period).Anyway I was clearing out some random programs I knew he wouldnt need and upon the next boot up the pc would start and then the monitor would go into a black screen and I couldnt access anything. After that it started offering me system repair but in the middle of the process the black screen starts up again. If I choose to start it normaly it runs into a blue screen of death and it fully shuts down.Im not gonna invest into fixing it since its honestly not worth it,however if their is a simple fix I would be happy to hear it.

The Timex Sinclair has been obsolete for a lot longer than two years...

(more useful answer: you'll need to tell us more about this system).
One possibility is that it has a dead CMOS battery, and has "forgotten" how to talk to its attached devices. There may also be leaking or bulging capacitors that have expired; Google "bad capacitors" for images of how they appear. Low-quality capacitors were very common in cheap prebuilts. These capacitors could also be in the PSU, another component of very low quality in such machines.

Can you boot to safe mode? What version of windows does it have? How did you delete things? Did you alter the registry? Did you use the apps. uninstaller or some other method? This does not sound like a hardware issue but a user/software one.
