I tried recording using GVR raptr from amd gaming evolved i set the setting to 720p with 50mb/s and 60 fps .. but after i recorded a clip and went checking the video was captured only on 24 fps (not stable) i tried many setting all the same result :/ .. i really want it fixed , i have an I5 + 6 gb ram + Asus r9 270x ..
