Is my CPU temps ok?

Well, to make a long story short. I have been trying to my fix temps. I basically got new pieces for everything. It all started playing ARK survival Evolved. I was playing and my screen shut off but my comp looked like it was still going. I reset and it was OK, i looked and figured it my was my GPU that over heated, So after getting some advice online, i decided to replace the PSU and the GPU. I start Ark Survival Evolved again and i notice my CPU temps are a tad high. Running at 65c, no over clock. That was w/ a i7 3820 LGA 2011 CPU. I figure since it was running 28-30c on idle the CPU was going bad. I did have it for over three years of 24/7 use. So i decide to get a new mobo and a new i7 4820k CPU thinking it will solve my issue. Well, once the temps are fine at idle and when i run Ark Survival for 30 min, the CPU hits 60c. I got discouraged and shut it off. Are those temps normal? Non over clocking. I even used good grease I C diamond.

I changed from i7 3820 to a i7 4820k
Asus hd 7970 to a Asus GTX 970
Asus p9x79 pro to MSI X79A-GD65 (8D)
Cougar CMX 1000w to Corsair RM 850

Same SSD, SSHD, HDD, CPU cooler (NZXT kraken x40) I had bought two of the CPU coolers because they were on sale on newegg. I used the second one about 4 months ago. My next area is to replace the CPU cooler.

TL;DR
My temps are 28-30c idle and 62c gaming. Changed CPU's, mobos, PSU, RAM and GPU. Are those temps OK? Do i need a new CPU cooler? or am i crazy? i have 8 fans in my case, all high quality in a push pull config (thanks Linus).

Well thank you, that makes me feel better.

I expect a cpu to run at 10-15 c. over ambient at idle. Less with a good cooler that is mounted well.
Under load, 60c. does not seem to be out of line if the cpu is working hard.
Try stress testing with OCCT It will shut down the test at 85c.

How is your case cooling?
If you mount your radiator to take in cool air, your cpu will run cooler.
If you mount to expel air, cpu cooling is not so good, but graphics cooling will be better. A dilemma.

If you take the case covers off, do you do better? If so, look to case cooling.

All in all, I really think you are ok.

I like the orientation you have for the cooler.
You have good airflow if removing the sides makes little difference.

You are good.
Not to worry.

Well, i added a corsair H105 and i now get 12c-16c idle and 33-37c gaming w/ ark survival evolved.
