Need more professional opinions!

I am currently in the process of building a new system. I am so indecisive though. Perhaps a few expertise opinions will help me make a decision!

System A
CPU - Intel i5 4590
Motherboard - Asus Z97 A w/ USB 3.1

System B
CPU - Intel Xeon E3 1231 v3
Motherboard Options - Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI /
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3/ BIOSTAR Hi-Fi Z97WE / Asus Z97-E/ Asus H97-PLUS

First of all, both of them are great, and are about the best bang for buck you could get.
You should get a H97 motherboard with either one. No reason to get a Z board. One of the main reasons for going with either is that it allows you to save money by getting a H97 motherboard.

For the actual decision on which one to get, it all depends on what you'll be doing. If gaming is the only concern, go with the i5. If you will be streaming, editing, rendering, etc, get the 1231v3.
